Meet Our Team
Kim Gorcyca (she/her)
Kim’s journey to teaching began as a path through grief, when personal loss led her to seek inner healing and stillness on the mat. As a lifelong athlete, Kim has relied on yoga since college to be able to physically and mentally show up and perform at her highest level.
Kim has been teaching since 2023. She has completed her RYT-200 and a 100 hr history of yoga training. She is also prenatal yoga certified, a birth doula, and Reiki master.

Founder
Natalie Donnell (she/her)
Natalie comes to Soluna with over 5 years experience teaching in San Francisco. She has completed her ERYT-500 and has a background in Social Work. She found yoga in 2014 when a friend nudged her into a class after her oldest daughter was born and she was struggling with PTSD. The journey started as a quest for fancy balancing poses and a stronger body but slowly shifted into self study, getting to know and love herself and a gentle confronting of trauma and addiction. Her personal journey in recovery and healing inspires her to create sober spaces and events for her community.
Founder
Lauren Kader (she/her)
Lauren has been teaching yoga since 2006. She has a deep love for sharing the countless benefits of yoga. Her classes are rooted in thoughtful sequencing and knowledge of proper alignment. Lauren's classes offer students the opportunity to reconnect with themselves through movement.
Learn more about Lauren:
Chris Leishman (she/her)
Chris’s commitment to deepening her yoga practice began after retiring a little over three years ago. The first year was focused on learning the asanas, proper alignment, and building strength, but it was the experience of self awareness, self acceptance, and self love that truly motivated her. Since then Chris has become a YA certified Chair Yoga instructor and is currently doing her 200 hour teacher training.
Marina Scarlata (she/her)
Marina found Yoga in 2014 as she was traveling around the world. Yoga became her anchor - a perfect place to find stillness and balance in ever-changing, and often hectic, environments.
She completed her 200hrs and 300hrs TTC in India where she also deepened her practice with a variety of teachers. Since then she's been sharing her experience with yogis all across the world.
Zeynep Watson (she/her)
Zeynep’s personal yoga journey began in 2006, and she earned her RYT-200 certification at Frog Lotus Yoga in Southern Spain in 2014, while living abroad. She spent her early teaching years in Europe, where she had the privilege of working with and learning from some truly wonderful teachers. Those experiences continue to shape and inspire her teaching today.
Years of practice taught Zeynep that feeling strong and moving well can transform everyday life. She loves creating energetic, creative vinyasa flows that blend strength, mobility, and purposeful movement, helping students not only enjoy yoga in the studio but also move with greater ease and confidence outside of it. Having also studied nutrition and wellness, she enjoys weaving this knowledge into her classes to support overall well-being both on and off the mat.
Zeynep believes yoga is for everyone. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where every students feels seen, supported, and know they belong. She hopes each class leaves students feeling empowered with tools that extend far beyond their mats.
Isabel Perdomo-Thrupp (she/her)
Isabel found yoga 25 years ago as a recent immigrant to the U.S., during a time of cultural shock and personal transformation. What began as a physical practice quickly became a grounding force as she navigated healing from childhood trauma and a deeper exploration of spirituality.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at what was then Yoga Garden a decade ago, initially with no intention of teaching—simply a desire to learn and live more consciously. Over the years, yoga supported her through fertility challenges, pregnancy, motherhood, and now perimenopause, becoming a steady pillar of resilience and self-connection.
Practicing and teaching in community is an honor she holds deeply. Isabel believes yoga keeps us connected—stronger together.
Kelli Sandoval (she/her)
Kelli discovered yoga in 2003, and what began as a physical practice soon became a lifelong journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. As a young mother, yoga offered her a place to reconnect with herself and find balance amidst the demands of everyday life.
In 2007, after the devastating loss of her son, Kelli stepped away from her practice and immersed herself in marathon running and endurance sports as a way to cope with her grief. Years later, a diagnosis of an inflammatory disease became a turning point, reminding her that true healing isn’t found in pushing through pain, but in slowing down and learning to move through it with compassion. Yoga welcomed her back and transformed not only her body, but also her relationship with herself.
Kelli completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Purusha Yoga in San Francisco in 2015 and returned to deepen her studies by earning her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Purusha Yoga in 2025.
Today, Kelli teaches Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Hot Pilates, and sound bath experiences with the intention of creating a welcoming space where every student feels supported. Her classes blend breath, mindful movement, and self-inquiry, encouraging students to build strength, cultivate resilience, and experience the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit. She believes yoga is not about perfection—it’s about coming home to yourself, one breath at a time.
