Teacher Work Trade Program

Program Overview

The Teacher Work Trade Program is an opportunity for newer yoga teachers to gain teaching experience, build community, and enjoy full studio access while sharing their unique voice. This program is rooted in mutual support, accessibility, and meaningful energy exchange.

Who This Program Is For

This program is ideal for teachers who are:

  • Passionate about making yoga accessible to all bodies and backgrounds

  • Interested in developing consistency and confidence in their teaching

  • Aligned with our values of authenticity, inclusivity, and service

  • Open to supporting a welcoming, grounded space for practitioners of all levels

Program Commitments

Participants agree to the following during the program term:

  • Teach one weekly free community class at the studio

    • Day and time determined based on mutual availability

  • Promote their class and cultivate community, both in-studio and online

  • Hold space professionally and responsibly, honoring the studio environment and student experience

Compensation & Exchange

  • All donations collected during your class go directly to you

  • In exchange, teachers receive:

    • A full studio membership with unlimited access to classes at no cost

    • Use of studio space to teach and grow

    • Optional mentorship and teaching support

    • Option to learn online content and build online presence. Film and edit one class per month for the Soluna Yoga and Wellness YouTube channel

    • Connection to the broader Soluna yoga community

Program Length

  • The Teacher Work Trade Program is a 3-month commitment

  • There is an opportunity to renew at the end of the term based on alignment and availability

  • At the end of the program, we will also discuss the opportunity of becoming a permanent teacher at Soluna.
