At Soluna Yoga and Wellness, we believe in mutual support, community empowerment, and creating accessible pathways for teachers and students alike. Our Teacher Work Trade Program is an opportunity for emerging and experienced yoga teachers to deepen their practice, build community, and gain studio access—all while sharing their unique voice.

What’s Included:

  • Free unlimited studio membership (classes + select workshops)

  • Opportunity to teach 1 weekly donation-based class

  • Full autonomy to keep 100% of the donations collected in your class

  • Opportunity to build your online presence and learn how to create and edit online content

This program is ideal for teachers who are:

  • Passionate about making yoga accessible to all bodies and backgrounds

  • Interested in developing consistency and confidence in their teaching

  • Aligned with our studio’s values of authenticity, inclusivity, and service

  • Open to supporting a welcoming and grounded space for all levels

How It Works:

  • You commit to teaching 1 weekly donation-based class at the studio (day/time TBD based on mutual availability)

  • You commit to filming and editing 1 monthly class for the Soluna Yoga and Wellness YouTube channel

  • You are responsible for promoting your class and cultivating your community

  • Donations collected during your class go directly to you

  • In return, you receive a full membership to attend classes at no cost

  • Work Trade programs are a 6 month commitment, with opportunity to renew.

We view this as a true energy exchange—you bring your teaching, presence, and creativity; we offer studio space, mentorship if desired, and access to our broader yoga community.
