General Studio Questions

1. Where are you located?
We're based in Glen Park, San Francisco. You can find us at 701 Chenery Street, San Francisco, CA 94131.

2. What are your studio hours?
We’re open 7 days a week, with classes and events scheduled throughout the day and evening. Check the schedule for the most current offerings.

3. Do I need to pre-register for classes or events?
Yes, pre-registration is highly recommended, especially for limited-capacity classes and workshops. You can book via our website or the MindBody app.

4. What should I bring to class?
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you prefer. We provide props for classes, but feel free to bring your own for comfort.

5. Are beginners welcome?
Absolutely! Many of our classes, especially restorative and senior/chair yoga, are designed to be accessible for all levels, including complete beginners.

Wellness

9. What types of wellness sessions do you offer?
We offer modalities such as Reiki, chakra balancing, sound healing, and guided meditation. Sessions are available in group and private settings.

10. What can I expect in an energy healing session?
You’ll relax in a quiet, supportive space while a practitioner works with your energy field. Most people experience a sense of peace, release, and clarity.

11. Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?
No specific beliefs are required. Just come with an open mind! We welcome a skeptic who is looking to experience the benefits of deep relaxation and physical touch.

Community Events & Workshops

12. What kinds of events do you host?
We host connection circles, sound baths, Reiki shares, seasonal wellness workshops, breathwork sessions, book club, arts and crafts workshops, and kids events. Events start December 2025.

13. Are events open to the public or members only?
Most of our events are open to everyone! Some may offer discounts or early access for members.

14. How can I stay updated on upcoming events?

Membership & Pricing

15. What are your pricing options?
We offer drop-in rates, class packs, and monthly memberships. Visit membership for current rates and special offers.

16. Do you offer sliding scale or community pricing?
Yes, we believe wellness should be accessible. We offer weekly donation based classes, free community events, and a 15% discount for teachers, military, and seniors (cannot be combined with other promotions).

17. Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes, we offer flexible membership options. Recurring memberships can be canceled or paused after the first three months. Contact us at least 7 days before your billing date to pause or cancel.

Health & Safety

18. What health and safety measures are in place?
We maintain a clean, well-ventilated space, with props sanitized between uses. Hand sanitizer is available, and masks are welcome but optional.

19. Are your classes trauma-informed or accessible?
Yes, our instructors are trained to offer modifications, and many classes are trauma-sensitive and inclusive.
