We will begin will our time together with a grounding vinyasa class led by Natalie Donnell, creating space to soften, move, and tune in. From there, we’ll gather for warm chai, light bites, and an interactive, science-forward workshop led by educator, author, and body literacy specialist Konika Ray Wong, M.Ed.
This experience weaves together movement, education, and conversation—supporting not just cognitive understanding, but nervous system regulation, self-trust, and connection with others moving through the same transition.
The workshop covers:
• What’s actually happening during perimenopause and menopause—and how it can show up differently for each person
• Lifestyle, nutrition, and supplement support grounded in evidence (not trends)
• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): what it is, when it’s considered, and how to advocate for yourself in medical spaces
Konika also shares her own perimenopause case study, offering practical strategies for tracking symptoms, preparing for appointments, and finding language that helps you be heard.
The session will include:
• 10 Superpowers of Perimenopause
• 5 Ways to Be an Ally for partners, kids, and loved ones
• Generous space for live Q&A and shared reflection
• Tea, nourishment, and community connection
This is not about fixing or “powering through.”
It’s about slowing down, learning together, and leaving with tools, language, and support you can actually use.
Open to all. Come as you are. Leave informed, grounded, and connected.
