Through mindful movement, breath, and stillness, we’ll root into a sense of stability and ease, finding presence amid the swirl of the day.
Come as you are — whether this holiday feels full or tender, light or heavy. Together we’ll flow, soften, and make space for self-acceptance and love. Class will close with rest and reflection, cultivating quiet gratitude for the simple gift of being held in community.
