Join Natalie for a playful six-week yoga series designed to help kids wind down, connect with their bodies, and build simple mindfulness skills in a fun and supportive environment. Children are invited to come in their pajamas and bring a grown-up along as we explore movement, breathing exercises, relaxation, and developmentally appropriate mindfulness practices.
This cozy evening series offers kids practical tools for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress relief while creating space for connection and play. Capacity is limited to ensure a relatively chill evening practice :).
